The Top Employers Institute program certifies organizations based on the results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, wellbeing, and more. Covestro performed strongly in all categories, and, notably, received top marks for the introduction of a new AI-powered chatbot, Tailor, that digitally assists employees with their HR-related activities.
