Mr. Adams, with nearly 40 years of experience as a business and technology manager, is broadly recognized for his innovative approaches to national and international technology commercialization activities with public and private organizations. Much of his work has been associated with the chemical industry. Jack currently leads the government affairs activities for Calgon Carbon Corporation – a national and world leader in the development, manufacturing and application of technologies that make water and air cleaner and safer. Calgon Carbon is a leading producer of granular and powdered activated carbon products, UV disinfection systems and advanced ion-exchange technology systems. In this role, Jack leverages his technology and policy perspective and experience to achieve a uniquely productive dynamic with elected and career government officials.

Kathryn “Kitty” Strang is a senior adviser for safety, environment and health at Quaker Chemical, where she has been employed for over 38 years. She is a graduate of Cabrini College and Saint Joseph’s University, earning degrees in chemistry from both institutions. Kathryn also earned her Master of Science in library studies from Villanova University.
Mr. Leitzinger has over 33 years of experience implementing and managing numerous environmental, compliance, hazardous waste and geotechnical projects for industrial customers, including oil and gas, pipeline, chemical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing clients. He has served as account manager for several major global and national clients, including Merck, Williams-Transco, Sunoco Inc. and Rohm and Haas Company. He has also has led several highly successful business development initiatives and business lines, notably URS Corporation's Appalachian Basin Unconventional Oil and Gas initiative.
Mr. Lees is an engineer who has managed a broad range of environmental and engineering services for private and public organizations. He has provided various strategic insights and guidance on innovative solutions for a multitude of projects in the chemical, pharmaceutical, energy and manufacturing sectors. He has extensive experience in working with private-lead committees on regulatory compliance, risk management, remediation and construction topics. He conducts conceptual and detailed designs that include technology evaluation, treatability studies, permitting, and design/build elements. Ray is a partner at Langan Engineering and Environmental Services — a national leader in providing an integrated mix of engineering and environmental consulting services in support of land development, corporate real estate portfolios, and the oil & gas industry. He is professional engineer (PE), certified hazardous material manager (CHMM), Diplomat of the Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientist and serves on various local and regional professional organizations.
